An educational
visit to the Pragati Maidan International Book Fair was organised by Fr. Agnel
School, Greater Noida today, offering students a valuable opportunity to
explore the world of books, ideas, and knowledge beyond the classroom. The visit
proved to be an enriching and memorable experience, inspiring a deeper
appreciation for reading, learning, and intellectual curiosity.
The International Book
Fair brings publishers, authors, and readers from across the country and beyond
together. Our students were provided with an opportunity to explore a wide
range of stalls displaying fiction, non-fiction, academic texts, literature,
history, science, self-development, and children’s books. This encouraged
students to read and allowed them to foster their interest for books. Students
engaged with books that went beyond their curriculum, broadening their
understanding of culture, language, and ideas. The environment of the book fair
fostered curiosity, discussion, and enthusiasm, making learning an enjoyable
experience.
The visit reflected
the school’s constant commitment to holistic education. The guidance and
supervision provided ensured that students were able to explore the fair safely
and productively. Such experiences play an important role in shaping young minds
by connecting education with real-world exposure.
I express my sincere
gratitude towards the school management, respected Principal, teachers, and
staff on behalf of all the students for thoughtfully planning and
facilitating this visit. Their continuous efforts to provide meaningful
learning opportunities beyond the classroom truly reflect the values and vision
of Fr. Agnel School.
The visit to the
Pragati Maidan International Book Fair was not just a trip, but an experience
that encouraged curiosity, creativity, and a love for reading. It will remain a
cherished memory and a source of inspiration for all who participated.
